Very interesting piece. You handle flesh and exposed muscle well, and while I'm not sure you could stretch a face that far it looks believable in this, so it is nightmarish because it looks like it is grounded in reality rather than having a wacky or far fetched thing going for it. that being said I do have a question/critique about her right leg; the left leg is encased up to the top of it's thigh, where as the right appears to only have it's thigh partially encased with an inch left uncovered and hidden by the stomach. Is this intentional? If so then bravo on a freaky bit of well made art, if not then let this be a learning piece for proportion (or an example of my love and need for symmetry).
